Network AI is a procurement controls practice based in San Chung. We review how buying authority is granted, exercised, and evidenced—not how software is marketed.
Origin
The practice began when former internal auditors and purchasing controllers noticed the same pattern: policies described three-way matching while docks and desks ran on verbal shortcuts. Network AI was formed to test those shortcuts with samples, interviews, and warehouse walkthroughs.
Where we work
Our office sits at 15FNo.88HsingTeRd.SanChungCityTaipeiHsienTaiwan(China). Fieldwork commonly covers Taipei Hsien warehouses, San Chung offices, and supplier panels that serve manufacturers, importers, and distributors across Taiwan.
Working approach
We start with the documents that already exist—approval matrices, PO extracts, receiving logs—then watch how people use them under time pressure. Findings are ranked by spend exposure, written in plain language, and workshopped with the owners who must close them.
