Data we collect
Inquiry forms may collect your name, email address, engagement of interest, sites in scope, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details of staff you designate for interviews, plus documents you provide that incidentally contain personal data.
Purposes
We use this data to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, perform agreed audit and advisory work, issue invoices, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Legal bases
Processing is based on steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and compliance with applicable law where required.
Retention
Inquiry messages without an engagement are retained up to twenty-four months. Engagement files are retained for at least seven years, or longer when a legal hold applies. Cookie preference records stored in your browser remain until you clear local storage.
Processors and transfers
We may use email and secure file-transfer providers to communicate with you. When providers process data outside Taiwan, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the nature of the data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@networkai.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.
