Terms of engagement
These terms govern use of networkai.digital and professional engagements with Network AI.
Acceptance
By using this website or confirming a written engagement letter, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.
Services described
Pages describing procurement controls audits, PO cycle reviews, supplier integrity checks, and remediation advisory are informational. A signed engagement letter defines scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines for any specific project.
No statutory audit opinion
Network AI does not issue statutory financial-statement audit opinions. Our work concerns purchasing controls and related advisory unless an engagement letter expressly states otherwise.
Intellectual property
Website content, templates, and methodology descriptions remain the property of Network AI. Client-specific findings packs belong to the client upon full payment, while our underlying methods and generic materials remain ours.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to documents, systems of record, and staff for interviews. Delays in access may extend timelines without reducing fees already earned for work performed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Network AI’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or reputational harm, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Confidentiality
Both parties protect non-public business information obtained during an engagement and use it only for performing or receiving the agreed work.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape content for commercial republishing without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts located in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
