Refund and cancellation policy
Rules for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds on Network AI procurement audit engagements.
Scope
This policy applies to professional engagements described on this site: procurement controls audits, purchase order cycle reviews, supplier integrity checks, and controls remediation advisory. It does not cover goods retail or software subscriptions, which we do not sell.
Deposits
Engagements above NT$100,000 ordinarily require a 30% deposit to reserve fieldwork dates. Deposits are credited toward the final fee.
Cancellation by the client
If you cancel more than ten business days before the first scheduled fieldwork day, we refund deposits minus any documented preparatory work already performed, billed at our advisory day rate. Cancellations within ten business days forfeit the deposit, and work completed to date remains payable.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least five business days’ notice is usually accepted without charge, subject to team availability. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 10% of the engagement fee.
No-shows and access failures
If agreed interviewees or sites are unavailable without timely notice, the scheduled day may be charged as worked. We will propose a make-up day when calendars allow.
Work already started
Once sampling, interviews, or warehouse walkthroughs have begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused future stages may be cancelled under the rules above.
Partial refunds
If Network AI cannot complete an agreed stage for reasons within our control, we refund the unused portion of fees for that stage or complete the work at a mutually agreed later date.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs pre-approved by you (for example, specialised translation of large document sets or extended travel beyond the greater Taipei area) are non-refundable once incurred.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@networkai.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing.
