Fees follow sample size, category count, and whether we visit warehouses. Exact quotes come after a short scope call—not from a fixed subscription card.

Estimate factors
- Number of purchasing categories and active suppliers in scope
- Months of PO and invoice history to sample
- Sites requiring warehouse walkthroughs
- Language of source documents and interview needs
- Whether a prior findings pack already exists
What a quote includes
Travel within the greater Taipei area for agreed site days, a written deliverable, and one findings workshop. Extended travel, translation of large document sets, or additional workshops are priced separately.
Deposits
Engagements above NT$100,000 typically require a 30% deposit to reserve fieldwork dates. The balance is due on delivery of the final pack.
